We are ensuring that when we begin our phased reopening our clients and employees can be confident that LPS is committed to your health and well-being. Licensed Professional Counselor (Full or Part Time)

LPS is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in good standing, to join our growing staff in Loudoun County, Virginia (Leesburg and Sterling offices). We are looking for someone who would like to work with a diverse population including all ages.

  • 1 year Post Licensure (Preferred)

Licensed or Pre-Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full or Part Time)

LPS is seeking full time and part time Virginia licensed or pre-licensed clinical psychologists to provide to join our growing staff in Loudoun County, Virginia (Leesburg and Sterling offices). We are looking for enthusiastic clinicians who would like to work with a diverse population including all ages.

  • 1 year post graduate experience

Medical Billing/Coding Specialist (Full or Part Time)

SilTek, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized billing specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in reviewing and analyzing medical billing and coding in support of our mental health clinical contract. Responsibilities include:

  • Correct claims are rejected from the claims scrubber, clearinghouse or payer.
  • File secondary and tertiary claims as needed, electronically or via paper
  • Apply daily payments to charges
  • Review/edit claims prior to submitting to clearinghouse
  • Generate & prepare client statements for mailing
  • Interact with clients whose insurance information is invalid or insurance is not active
  • Call insurance companies regarding claims not paid timely/correctly
  • Financial counseling of clients as needed
  • Call clients who have not made payments in response to statements
  • Complete daily audit of missing tickets and notify providers
  • Take phone calls from payers or patients about billing issues and resolves issues
  • Ensures encounter forms and practice management software is updated appropriately with new and deleted codes
  • Performs quality audits to benchmark acceptable error rates
  • Bring to the attention of the Administrator any issues with payment trends, denials or non-covered services.

Medical Billing Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years medical billing experience required; behavioral/mental health billing experience preferred
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills in data entry, billing, and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record software
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good social skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player


  • Mental Health Medical Billing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medical billing: 2 years (Required)


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Sterling and/or Leesburg, VA (Required)

Work Location:

  • Offsite curing COVID 19, flexible work location afterwards
