Life is quite a journey and, as such, comes with obstacles and setbacks along the way. At times, when these seem insurmountable or overwhelming, we reach out to others for help or guidance.

While I cannot travel for you, since you will always captain your own ship, I can serve as a navigator. In essence, I am here to understand where you have come from, where you are currently, and where you wish to go. With this, we can work together to identify your resources, needed tools, and the best course to take to help you reach your goals.
My approach is integrative, collaborative, and person-centered which allows us, as a team, to capitalize on your strengths, identify areas of need, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Much of my work focuses on children, adolescents, and young adults, though I am experienced in a broad range of issues.
I utilize the same individualized approach when conducting psychological evaluations, striving to provide a comprehensive assessment of current personality, emotional, intellectual, and academic functioning with the purpose of clarifying diagnoses, informing treatment, obtaining needed resources, or coordinating multi-agency services in a more focused manner.
