So many times, we find ourselves stretched to the limit taking care of others we care about. In doing so, we can forget to focus on our own self and our underlying needs.

I believe every person should have a safe space in which they can express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without criticism or judgment. To facilitate this, I strive for authenticity and true understanding in the therapeutic environment. My goal is to help you identify your strengths and provide you with the tools you need to help you achieve your goals and live the life you want.
My therapeutic approach has a psychodynamic foundation that utilizes behavioral, cognitive, and dialectical techniques. I work collaboratively with individuals to allow for a person-centered approach that tailors the therapeutic experience to suit your individual needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various difficulties such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems, and relationship difficulties. When working with children and adolescents, I believe that successful treatment often involves guiding parents toward more effective behavior management strategies and collaborating with school and medical professionals.
