As a Loudoun County small business, we have taken the Loudoun is Ready pledge. We pledge to follow the latest safety guidelines and best practices, as issued by the CDC and Virginia Department of Health, to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We are ensuring that when we begin our phased reopening our clients and employees can be confident that LPS is committed to your health and well-being. Safety measures will be in place and all clients will be required to follow specific protocols and sign a consent for in-person services. Further details will be shared this month. Telehealth Options Available

We are taking new Virginia clients. If you live in Virginia, we have space available for you.

LPS has made telehealth options available for existing and new clients, including by video and/or phone. We are excited to be able to offer our services across the state of Virginia. We are currently using Clocktree.com or Zoom.us as our HIPAA compliant telehealth providers. If you are a Virginia resident and currently in Virginia, we can provide services.

Steps to take to join and begin Loudoun Psychologoical Telehealth Services:

  1. Please click “Sign Up Today” button below and fill out our client intake form.
  2. We will confirm your insurance information and a staff member will call you to get you scheduled.
  3. Once your insurance has been verified, a clinician will send you a meeting invitation in Clocktree or Zoom.


  • Be sure to check your spam folder for the Clocktree or Zoom invitation as we have been told by many clients that is where they have been finding it. Your therapist will go over a few simple acknowledgements to make sure the process goes smoothly and is secure.
  • As of today, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna and United Healthcareare waiving copays and deductibles (“member cost sharing”). All other insurance companies are still requiring copays. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as the situation changes. You can book more than one session per week.
